All our trips are planned for the best months considering weather and the amount of tourism. We don’t have trips in the summer when it’s much too crowded. Our trips are in the months of April, May and October.

Lagos, a historic town located on the western edge of Algarve is our base for this week. Established as a trading center around 11 AD, Lagos has maintained its historical center where we will visit and have many of our dinners.

“Given your own contributions of commentary on history, local culture, and the remarkable places you’ve found for people to stay over and dine, what you offer could be described as a work of art.” Haydon, Virginia, USA.

2017 was declared by the UN as the International Year of Sustainable Tourism and we are very proud to always focus our trips on sustainable tourism with a serious social dedication. Algarve Kayak Expeditions aims to provide authentic experiences of the highest quality.
