Jersey Kayak Trail. Advanced and intermediate Tours 2018
Intermediate and advanced sea kayakers can now experience the superb coastline of jersey – the island of the tides. With tides of up to 12 metres, paddle in places that within a few hours become a rocky lunar-like landscape and no trip is ever the same.
Intermediate paddlers can explore Jersey’s dramatic coastline of cliffs, caves and secluded bays with experienced local guides.
The advanced course is for the experienced kayaker who wants to paddle tide races, explore caves, rock gardens and perhaps undertake an offshore trip to Écréhous islets with paddlers of a similar standard.
Option to add Sea Kayak Leader and Assessment courses.
Fly from the UK and European airports to jump the motorway queues and quickly get paddling.
Intermediate: April 9-13, July 9-13, September 10-14.
Advanced: April 16-20, July, 16-20, September 17-21.
How long: Five days. Shorter options and other dates are possible.

Jersey is ideal for the sea kayaker who wants to pack a variety of paddling experiences into their sea kayak leader course.
Fly from the UK regional and European airports. Sea kayaks, paddle kit, dry-suits, Greenland and Euro-style paddles available.
